    While here, add TESTING_UNSAFE.

    * Fix DDoS issues found in the upcoming Glamsterdam fork
    * Adaptation of RPC calls to support changes in Glamsterdam
    * abigen uses sequential nonces when deploying dependencies of a contract
    * Fix an unclean shutdown issue
