science/hpddm: fix build on powerpc64
HPDDM.hpp assumes ESSL-style Fortran symbols (no trailing underscore)
on PowerPC unless Add_ is defined, so BLAS/LAPACK/ARPACK symbols from
openblas and arpack-ng were undefined at link time.
