As others committers said too, this kind of change could (or should) be
made when a new release is up. Until then you should keep port as is.

- shows that you don't use USE_GITHUB=nodefault: OK
- that you bumped portrevision without build changes (same distfile and
checksum): NOT OK

Even you did changed MASTER_SITES for any other reason, you don't have do
bump it.
Bumping a port, means that it will be rebuild by everyone.

Short version is to leave ports untouched until a new release is out. :)
