Because it builds faster with CMake, 60% faster.  Probably because
./configure is slow.  I consider that a good reason.  I might not, if
cmake were some exotic thing that needed to be built just for this
port.  But 3172 other ports are already using cmake, so most users
will need to build it anyway.
