It's a "Header-only library for SIMD intrinsics" and there's presumably no reason to install it for people who just want to use obs-studio. But, unless or until we introduce -dev packages I guess there's not a nice way to handle this. There are a small enough number of ports depending on libobs.so though that adding simde deps to each isn't a big deal I think.
