    dns/prometheus-dnssec-exporter: make the rc script service jails aware
    
    Make the rc.d script service jails ready.  This is a new feature in
    15-CURRENT.
    
    Set to net_basic (allow ipv4/ipv6 access) by default.  This can be
    overriden in rc.conf.
