I think in this case It is not bad use a PORTREVISION because this package is not generated/built by FreeBSD packages cluster yet and probably users have not installed this version of Dolibarr18 via packages because it is not available.

for this you should not bump PORTREVISION, as a user that has
      version 18.0.5 installed does not require a new version.
 This is just a package related fix and not relevant for the user.
