    dns/py-dnspython: Fix installation

    - When git is installed and ports tree is used files are not properly
      installed. [1]
    - TRIO_DESC is very short and do not explain the real reason of the OPTION
hence update the DESC in details. [2]
    - There was a typo in the IDNA_DESC which is fixed. [3]

    PR: 272932 [1], 274416 [2], 272624 [3]
