Noops. Not yet. You cannot kill portsnap right now. We have to support it
until the end of 13. Although undoubtedly portsnap was a great tool during the
era of svn bit somehow it failed to keep up to it'a name after our migration
to git. And this is the reason we decided to kill it for ports.
