While not supporting Alexey's straight wording, I (as an ordinary
FreeBSD user) would like to support his feeling: I tired `portconfig` a
while ago and ended up with the same `DIALOG4PORTS=${LOCALBASE}/bin/dialog4ports`
in /etc/make.conf as `dialog4ports` looks much neater and convenient.

ps: apologies for the noise in the committers lists
