    x11-toolkits/libadwaita: drop bogus PORTSCOUT limit
    
    - 3da07b6b1695 updated to an odd minor version
    - upstream has stable libadwaita-1-1 branch
    - many other distributions updated to 1.1.* in the past
    - odd-even scheme appears deprecated, not used by new projects
