Hi,

Please use USE_GITHUB and USE_GITLAB which solves your issues with 
filenames, distdir etc and is consistent with the tree.

math/octave-forge-base/Makefile should probably be defined as a 
meta-port?

math/octave-forge-ponchon-savarit and math/octave-forge-websockets 
should use USE_GITHUB

math/octave-forge-fda should use USE_GITLAB
