    net/rdist6: Revert previous commit and mark MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE
    
    This reverts commit f63ffd8c2f94fc3aefb3c07fb4c061c44f80a47e and
    marks the port MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE, as leres@ reports it builds fine
    in his stable/12 pourdiere.
