    website/data: Fix FOSDEM 2024 Description
    
    - FOSDEM has returned to in person event from last year and it's not the
      first time after the pandemic
    - Also there is no BSD Devroom this time. Many developers might go just to
      attend BSD talks and this wrong information will affect so many who
      just went there to attend the BSD room
