    Restore a full stop that was lost with a1bd178005.
    
    Whilst here:
    
    * an AsciiDoc line break at the end of the first sentence in the
      two-sentence list item
    
    * no need for 'Home' when referring to Resources for FreeBSD
      Committers; no need for 'Accueil' when referring to Ressources pour
      les participants à FreeBSD.
