    [.filename]#⋯#" superfluous quotation marks
    
    Remove superfluous quotation marks from the FreeBSD Documentation
    Project Primer for New Contributors, and its pt-br translation.
    
    One of the four errors in the English version was not present in the
    português brasileiro version.
