Debug options in GENERIC for main?

Hi,

Maybe I've just done something weird, but the
debug options seem to be missing from GENERIC
in main, at least for sys/amd64/conf/GENERIC.

I'm referring to options like...
options INVARIANTS

Is this intentional?
