Kernel panic after updating 14-CURRENT amd64 to main-n264268-ff4633d9f89

After updating my 14.0-CURRENT amd64 system from
main-n264162-f58378393fb to main-n264268-ff4633d9f89, kernel crashes
with panic as following.
