Andre & I will soon merge CTM standard & fast streams to single streams.
Both the CTM generator side & mail distribution lists.

Anyone using modern-ish mail systems need do nothing.  Any connected
via mail systems with low size limits please contact us quickly.
Change will be irrevocable once done.

	FreeBSD source tree updates by push mail instead of live pull.
	No need of continuous net connection per tree update.  Useful for
	Intermittent net access, Laptops on trains & in
	tunnels; Fading packet radio; Leaving building LANs at short
	notice; Firewall blockage; Expensive data transfer, etc.
