	Clean up i386 linux system call table:
	
	- Update comment. 
	- Prefer AUE_FOO to AUE_O_FOO.
	- Replace AUE_NULL with AUE_FOO in a number of cases, including for
	  Linux system calls that now have identifiers but didn't
	  previously.
	- Replace AUE_FOO with AUE_NULL in some case where AUE_FOO is
	  defined as AUE_NULL and we are unlikely to change it.
