  MFC 225142:
  
  Reword sentence noting UPDATING entries prior to October 2007[1] are
  only available in older FreeBSD releases.

  [1] - October 2007 is specific to HEAD.  In stable/8 and stable/7,
  the correct year is 2004, so that change is reflected here as well.
