  - Trim old Errata.
  - Bump version numbers.
  - Document Errata items for 7.1R:
  	em(4) -> igb(4) change,
  	ae(4) missing in 7.1R relnotes, and
  	s/get_setaffinity()/sched_setaffinity()/ in 7.1R relnotes.
