New Revision: 229819
URL: http://svn.freebsd.org/changeset/base/229819

Log:
  Add relnotes items:
  	add descriptions about kern.features.*,
new NFS implementation (newnfs) is now compiled in by default,
add some descriptions about NFSv4 configuration, and
document a workaround for the kern.geom.part.check_integrity issue.
