Log:
  Add ENOMEM to the return values.
  Remove invalid return values.
  Remove reference to non-existent manual pages.
  Remove reference to rfork (it does not discuss RFSTOPPED).
  Add sys/unistd.h to the list of includes (required for RFSTOPPED).
