For the time being, yes please. svn2cvs should handle replaced files, but it doesn't and so far nobody has had the time to fix it.

We probably forgot documenting this as we sort of hoped it would be fixed, and there have been a couple of reminder to developers@ over the years, which of course doesn't help "newer" people.
