- New region: Asia/Novokuznetsk
- Kemerovo oblast' (Kemerovo region) in Russia will change current
time zone on 29 March 2010
- Add historical data for Hongkong 1941 - 1980
- Syria will go to winter time in the last weekend of October 2009.
