I did not forget, I just did not bump it: there's nothing wrong with
the previous package.  Unused dependency does not hurt, there's nothing
a user can do to make the package silently unusable.  Contrary to the
opposite situation like in r527240 where it was actually needed (and
explained in the commit log).
