Thanks for the the feedback.  I've switched to BSD3CLAUSE for the google
test on, but kept LLVM has having it's own license with my reasoning
documented in a comment.  I'll be updating LLVM ports to the new
Makefile.LICENSE as I make other changes to them (I prefer to batch llvm
updates as people rightly complain about needing to rebuild it.)
