This is literally the change (svn diff) translated into English; as you've
been repeatedly reminded in the past, this is not enough.  Please provide
sensible and sufficiently detailed *explanation* of the committed changes.

Now it's totally unclear what's wrong with version 1.3.27 that it must be
skipped.
