Can we forgo maintainer's feedback in this case, because this is a small
policy change (now LIBBLURAY option is "on" by default system-wide). Policy
change shouldn't require maintainer's approval.

I am not convinced that turning on by default dependency on another 3
unmaintained ports is a good idea.
