Hi Alexey,

I appreciate your feedback.  This project is quite new and growing very
rapidly.  In just the first day of it becoming a project 20+
contributors have joined its community.  There's currently a list of ~40
things that are wanted to be implemented. Issues and pull requests are
coming in hourly.  What libtrue is is defined above, it's for handling
the truth.


Unfortunately the real context for this commit is probably lost on
non-src committers due to the use of src-committers@ mailing list for an
early inspiration for this project or more so people not at BSDCan or at
least in #devsummit.  Sorry for that.
