- simpleness, handling differences between install-info from texinfo 4.x we have
  in base and texinfo 5.x we have in ports is not that simple
- we offer to build base without texinfo and if you install a base without
  texinfo and run pkg install something using the official binary repos then the
  scripts (post-install/post-deinstall) will just fail because of the lack of
  install-info
- last indexinfo does properly cleanout the dir file if needed which result in
  simplicification of the leftovers checking.
- texinfo is going to be removed from head a day or another :)
