  lang/harbour: remove the port
  
  - BROKEN, needs ancient version of openssl,
    and it is not like the upstream is going to do anything about it
  - Development almost ceased - the last release was almost 10 years ago.
    Although there are some recent commits in their github one can hardly
    call this an active development.
