Hi Matthias,

Thanks for reporting this, the port options were crucial in debugging
this, the trigger was disabling EXAMPLES.

Fixed as of r529107 aka openexr-2.4.1_1.

In a broadening debug session, I figured LARGE_STACK was ineffective and
have also updated ilmbase-2.4.1 to _1 to take the LARGE_STACK option
into account again, for what it's worth.
