I actually created two directories with the bootstrap:
pkubaj at freefall:~ % ls -l public_distfiles public_html
public_distfiles:
total 28064
-rw-r--r--  1 pkubaj  devel  28740136 13 sty 09:50 openjdk8-ppc64-r522831.tar.xz

public_html:
total 28064
-rw-r--r--  1 pkubaj  devel  28740136 13 sty 10:00 openjdk8-ppc64-r522831.tar.xz

Thing is, LOCAL did not work for either back then.
