When doing MFH keep in mind every minor update and some patch updates
break devel/git-cinnabar. For example, POLA violation could have been
avoided if you've updated /quarterly to 2.25.3.

In the past, git-cinnabar was broken on 2017Q3 by careless MFH as well.
