Yeah I know that, but it is confusing for users... The goal of naming  with a version before the date of the snapshot. Is to replace it one day with a released version without the versioning going backward and the need then to use PRTEPOCH. Here for a -devel the schema is meaning less and confusing for users

Either it should -devel should be removed totally of the -devel version should always be ahead of the released version.
