Given samba48 is the default, that means now no users can have both samba and
notmuch or freeradius together.

Even Fedora who usually lives on the edge in this area, while they have samba
4.10 they are still using talloc 2.1.6 (probably for the reason of the conflicts
and waiting for other consumers of talloc to be able to build natively on 2.2)

This has broken the upgrade of the desktops of many people I know who are using
neomutt :(

and also a couple of server setup. Please reconsider this choice.
