This is backwards compatibility commit, there will be no hack-hack-hack
part. Legacy ports will be re-linked with the {tdb,talloc,tevent}1 version,
while mainstream one will be updated to more recent ones and will be linked
with new(er) ports. These ports are temporary freeze of the stable versions
until samba48 and it's predcessors will be decommissioned.
