Picking up projects when original development had stalled is a good thing,
but one should think of versioning carefully.  For a few minor changes
like these, I'd retained v1.12 and bumped port revision only.  Creating
new versions so early might clash in the future, if original developer
decides to resume the project, or officially give it up to another third
party.  We typically do not want our users or fellow package maintainers
from other distributions to become confused as to which is the *one true*
version 1.13 (or 1.14, 1.15, 2.0, etc.).
