I'm not sure if the problem:
service nginx restart
Performing sanity check on nginx configuration:
nginx: [emerg] unknown directive "upload_progress" in
/usr/local/etc/nginx/nginx.conf:38
nginx: configuration file /usr/local/etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

is related to this change or some others before, but I see again the
problem which I already described in this PR (and it was fixed there):

(I reopened the PR again)
