MFH request r457772 to 2018Q1 (Was: svn commit: r457772 - head/games/openbor)

Can I get implicit approval for updates to this port? OpenBOR doesn't
follow semantic versioning and stability is unpredictable. However,
upstream *rarely* removes/refactors features which break compatibility
with existing games or changes savegame layout.
