svn commit: r442810 - head/devel/libunwind

This is insane.  How does one install without manpages if manpages
aren't docs?  Will you now give us WITHOUT_MANPAGES so we still have
control?  Consider an embedded system with limited storage and
absolutely nothing like an interactive user interested in reading
manpages about using a programming support library.
