Every perl module contains a Changes file, but only a very, very small proportion of perl module ports actually install it.

For the vast majority of modules in the ports tree, people are expected to find the Changes file on their own (though we make it pretty easy between the WWW link and by convention linking to it in the commit log with every update). Consistency is important, and if we're not going to install the Changes file, we should just not do it everywhere.

Personally I completely agree with sunpoet removing the Changes file from installation.
