Yes ........
The difference with your approach is that it "ticks" on regular basis based on
pkg activity with a maximum of 10 ticks before that it did prints "..." at the
beginning of the activity and "done" once finished

The main point of the new approach is to be able to have pkg create -v ticking
on regular basis allowing in poudriere (if create -v is activated) to not
timeout when packaging very large packages (it will tick on regular basis,
meaning poudriere will see activity on the stdout)
