USE_GCC is unsafe if ${ARCH} in question ever switches to libc++.
This can result in crashes due to mixing different C++ library
implementations at runtime.

Did you test it? If not try one of interactive modes in poudriere (-I/-i)
and actually run js17 binary within armv6 jail.
