Thanks for pointing out sysutils/rubygem-librarian-puppet.
I did not notice this port because it uses ${PKGNAMEPREFIX} instead of
rubygem- in RUN_DEPENDS.
I would add sysutils/rubygem-puppet_forge1 rather than revert r394311 and
bump PORTEPOCH.
