Were these updates even tested? This wiped out 2200 packages this week
on every branch. Portmgr failed when they copied head to Quarterly
without checking for fallout, but quarterly is not very much used anyway.

This broke xorg, git, xfce, qt, the list goes on. No packages are
provided for this large list this week.

Commits _must be tested_.
