I have no idea what that means.  Perhaps ilmari forgot to tick a box?  I
diffed the code before committing, and since we already had the fix for
RT#90715, the only change outside comments and documentation is:

-our $VERSION= "0.1505";
+our $VERSION= "0.1506";

I also know the author personally.
