az@ said that patch does not contain all p5- ports therefore I choose to
convert my p5- ports (USE_PERL5=configure) first. I've done a patch of
perl5.mk [1] for USE_PERL5=modbuild* cases. I plan to convert my other p5-
ports after the perl5.mk change.
